Challenge:
Black Eyed Peas’ global touring strategy required a live show that could seamlessly adapt across diverse markets while maintaining a consistent, high-energy fan experience. With performances spanning continents — each with unique venues, regulations, and cultural nuances — the challenge was to deliver a scalable production that upheld the group’s dynamic stage presence while navigating the complexities of international touring logistics.

Scale:
The tour operated at a truly global level, with shows across Europe and Asia, in addition to other key international markets. The production traveled with a large, multidisciplinary team, requiring coordination of freight, backline, staging, and technical systems across multiple countries. Each stop involved complex advances, tight load-in/load-out schedules, and coordination with local promoters and vendors to ensure consistency at scale.

Execution:
Serving in dual roles as Assistant Production Manager and Tour Manager, Tai Notar, founder & CEO of Golden Hour Productions played a key role in bridging high-level production planning with on-the-ground tour execution. Responsibilities included advancing hospitality and logistical requirements, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating international travel on a charter jet, and ensuring alignment between artist, crew, and local teams.
Onsite, the focus was on maintaining show integrity while adapting to real-time challenges — from venue constraints to shifting timelines — ensuring that every performance met the production’s creative and technical standards. Tai brings a solutions-oriented approach to global touring, emphasizing efficiency, communication, and operational excellence across all markets.

Results:
The tour successfully delivered consistent, high-impact performances for Black Eyed Peas audiences worldwide, reinforcing the group’s global appeal and touring strength. Through disciplined execution and strong cross-functional coordination, the production maintained quality and reliability across vastly different regions.
