Monkey 47 U.S Brand Tour
CLIENT: MONKEY 47
Challenge: Create and execute a 6-stop U.S tour highlighting Monkey 47 to strengthen PRUSA sales relationships with on-premise accounts and cultivate Monkey 47 enthusiasts.
Scale: 6-figure budget, 6-city tour (Boston, Chicago, New York, Dallas, Los Angeles and Las Vegas), 60+ vendors with custom activations and a total of 1800+ guests.
Execution: Golden Hour Productions handled strategy, creative execution and full production of the tour. We developed end-to-end strategy and spatial flow for high-volume prestige venues, we managed 60+ vendors across 6 cities including florals, signage, rentals, catering etc, we created travelling custom activations and collaborated with local chefs and bartenders to create custom cocktails alongside brand standards.
Results: Hosted 1800+ guests across the tour with zero executional issues. We delivered the project under budget while reclaiming margin mid-tour, resulting in significant operational savings. Seamless execution contributed to repeat agency partnerships and positioned Golden Hour Productions as a premier team for national lifestyle and food and beverage activations.
